About My Profile

My profile page helps you to view and edit your personal information. You can view the User ID, Organization ID, Organization Name, Role, Full Name, Display Name, City, State, Email ID, Country, Phone Number, and Mobile number. You can edit the above information except for User ID, Organization ID, Organization Name, and Role.

View Profile Information

To view your personal information, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Open the ROTA Customer Portal Dashboard and Click on Settings in the Rota Customer Portal menu.

Step 2: Click on My Profile in the My Account section.

Edit Personal Information

To edit your personal information, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Open the ROTA Customer Portal Dashboard and Click on Settings in the Rota Customer Portal menu.

Step 2: Click on My Profile in the My Account section.

Step 3: Click on the Edit Profile button.

Step 4: Change the fields which you want to edit and click on Save.
